  1. In a sauce pan, whisk eggs with 1/2 cup sugar till sugar is dissolved well.
  2. Keep this pan on low heat and continue to stir for a few seconds.
  3. When this is hot,add whole milk,ground cinnamon and ground nutmeg.
  4. Stir this well to mix it and continue to stir on low heat.
  5. Whisk well to avoid scorching and keep stirring.
  6. On low heat keep stirring till it thicken a little.
  7. Remove off the heat and add heavy cream and vanilla.
