What Is A Quesadilla?
A quesadilla is a Mexican dish made with tortilla and filled with mainly cheese and optionally meat, vegetables, beans, and spices.
Before you cook them on a hot cast-iron griddle, in a skillet, or in the oven, first fold the tortillas. You can make it with corn tortillas or with a flour tortilla.
One of the easiest versions is a cheese quesadilla but the most popular quesadilla recipe is a chicken quesadilla.
How To Store This Quesadilla Seasoning
Put the homemade quesadilla seasoning mix in a glass jar. Store it in a dry dark place like a kitchen cabinet.
Do not put it in the fridge because of condensation in the jar and the seasoning will get wet.

I add 2 tablespoons seasoning to a half a pound beef or chicken. So if you make this recipe you can season about a pound of chicken.
