How To Make Spanish Scrambled Eggs

  1. To make this recipe you start with the bacon. Preheat a skillet to medium-hot and add the slices of bacon. No baking product required.
  2. Bake until brown and crispy before you remove them from the skillet. Crumble the bacon and cut it into small pieces. Now it is time to whisk the eggs.
  3. Finely chop the onion and slice the mushrooms. Set aside. Heat butter in the skillet and saute the onion, tomato, and mushrooms until tender.
  4. Take the ingredients out of the skillet and set them aside. Give the eggs a final whisk. Clean the skillet with a paper towel and then add butter to the pan.

  6. Now it is time to plate it up.

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 4 slices of bacon
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1⁄2 teaspoon black pepper
  • ⅛ teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
  • 1 onion
  • 1 small tomato, chopped
  • 10 mushrooms
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat a skillet to medium-hot and add the slices of bacon. No baking product required
