A plate of the finished pork chop dinner with a fork to the side and the title above.

A true dump-n-go meal I know you and your entire family are gonna love this one so...

Let's get started!

The ingredients you will need for this Crockpot Pork Chop Dinner are as follows:

The ingredients needed to make the crockpot pork chop dinner recipe.

  • 4 thinly sliced Pork Chops
  • 8 Red Potatoes, quartered
  • 1 bag of Baby Carrots
  • 1 bunch of Broccoli Florets
  • 2 15 oz cans of Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • Mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 packet of Onion Soup Mix
  • 1 tsp Kosher Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Ground Black Pepper
  • Cajun Seasoning, to taste

The vegetables cut up, and placed in the bottom of the slow cooker.

To begin you will need to place the vegetables in the bottom of your slow cooker.

I'd also like to say that though we loved the broccoli in the recipe, I think green beans would be an EXCELLENT alternative as well.

Salt and pepper being added to the crockpot.

Season the vegetables with the salt and pepper.

The pork chops being place on top of the vegetables in the slow cooker.

Place the pork chops over the vegetables in the crockpot.

Sprinkle a packet of onion soup mix over everything in the crockpot.

Next sprinkle the packet of onion soup mix over everything.

I love the rich flavor that this step brings to the dish.

Sprinkle some cajun seasoning over everything.

After that I like to sprinkle a little cajun seasoning over everything.

This is to taste or can be left our completely.

Add the sliced mushrooms over the top of everything in the slow cooker.

Now spread the sliced mushrooms out over the top of everything in the slow cooker.

Pour the cream of mushroom soup over everything in the slow cooker.

Pour the cream of mushroom soup over everything.

Place the lid on the crockpot and set the timer for 8 hours on LOW.

Place the lid on the crockpot and set it to LOW for 8 hours or HIGH for 4.

After 8 hours this is what the crockpot pork chop dinner looks like.

When it is finished it will look a little something like this.

Like I said, not pretty, but OH.SO.YUMMY!
