Now that fall is here that means that barbecue season is over. But with this crock-pot barbecue chicken, you can still enjoy tender juicy barbecue chicken any time of the year. Only 5 ingredients and a crock-pot are needed to make these. The crock-pot makes the chicken easy to shred, making them perfect for barbecue chicken sandwiches, which is my favorite way to serve them. Or you can serve them in a tortilla for a wrap or even as a topping to baked potatoes. There are so many ways that you can serve this chicken.

The prep for this chicken takes less than 10 minutes, all you have to do is to put all of the ingredients into the crock-pot. The only ingredients that you need, are chicken, onion powder, garlic powder, worcestershire sauce and a full bottle of barbecue sauce. You can use your favorite store bought barbecue sauce or you can even make your own. Cover the crock-pot with the lid and cook it on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours. When the chicken is done it should be tender and be able to easily be shredded with two forks.
