  • Iceberg lettuce – thinly slice
  • Avocado – dice into cubes

  • Mayonnaise – to combine the chicken into a salad
  • Mustard – adds flavor to the salad
  • Ranch seasoning – to season the chicken use ranch seasoning
  • Lemon – if you want a little freshness add lemon juice (optional)

How To Make Chicken Salad Wraps

  1. Now to show you how you can create this easy lunch recipe or fast dinner take the following steps. Start with the lettuce. Take 2 or 3 leaves of iceberg lettuce and wash with cold water.
  2. Take a sharp knife and finely slice the lettuce. Put in a bowl and set aside.
  3. Take a small bowl and add the mayonnaise, mustard, and ranch seasoning. Stir properly to completely combine the ingredients into a ranch dressing. Put aside as well.
  4. Wash the Roma tomatoes, cut them in half, and then cut the halved tomatoes into small strips. Then cut the avocado in half and dice the avocado.
  5. Put the lettuce in a big bowl, add the tomatoes and the diced avocado to the iceberg lettuce, and stir it through.
  6. Now it is time to add the ranch dressing to the pulled chicken and stir it through the chicken to be certain all the chicken is covered with the dressing.
  7. The last step is to stir the coated chicken through the lettuce and cover all the lettuce with the chicken.
  8. Now take a flour tortillas and scoop 2 or 3 tablespoons of chicken salad on it. Roll up the tortillas and cut them in half. You can also fold it burrito style and cut it in half.
  9. Repeat for the other wrap and you are ready to serve.

Ingredients

  • 2 tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded chicken
  • 1 cup iceberg lettuce
  • ½ small avocado, diced
  • 2-3 cherry tomatoes, diced
  • 2 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon ranch seasoning

Instructions

  1. Wash 2 or 3 leaves of iceberg lettuce and finely slice the lettuce. Put in a bowl and set aside
  2. Put the mayonnaise, mustard and ranch seasoning in a small bowl and stir to combine. Set aside as well
  3. Wash the Roma tomatoes and cut into thin strips. Then half the avocado and then dice it
  4. Now put the lettuce in a big bowl and add the tomatoes and avocado on the iceberg lettuce and stir it through
  5. Then add the ranch dressing to the pulled chicken and stir it through the chicken to be certain all the chicken is covered with the dressing
  6. Add the coated chicken to the lettuce and stir to cover all the lettuce with the chicken.
  7. Take a tortilla and add 2 or 3 tablespoons of chicken salad. Roll up the tortilla and cut in half. Repeat for the other wrap and you are ready to serve
