I love lasagna, but it is not very weeknight friendly. But replacing the lasagna noodles and ricotta mixture for frozen cheese ravioli makes a quick and easy weeknight meal. This baked ravioli casserole has all of the flavors of a traditional cheesy ravioli, except is made quicker and with less prep time. You can have this meal on the table in one hour. Serve this ravioli just as you would lasagna, with a fresh salad and garlic bread.

Only 5 ingredients and less than 10 minutes is all you need to make this casserole. One bag of frozen cheese ravioli, a jar of marinara sauce, Italian seasoning, mozzarella cheese and grated parmesan cheese. This casserole is layered similar to lasagna, with half of the ravioli, half of the marinara sauce, half of both of the cheeses and 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning. The layers are repeated and covered with foil. You can choose to refrigerate or even freeze this casserole until you are ready to bake or bake right away. When ready to bake, bake the casserole covered for 35-45 minutes, then uncover and bake until the cheese is melted and the ravioli is cooked through.
