Happy almost Summer holidays! The kids finish school in a week’s time and we are all so excited to finally switch on a holiday mood. 🌞 I still have a lot of packing and organising stuff to do but I’m getting there. 😆 And i’m not complaining, Summer and Christmas are my favourite times of the year. No matter how stressful it can be, I do enjoy it.
We’ve got another busy weekend ahead so it seem like my ‘to do’ list will be on hold for a few days. 🙈 But I honestly can’t wait to have some fun and some quality family time and not rush around as I alway do during the week. 😀

I’ve made a few changes but I always follow the recipe and it never failed. I’d say it’s quite simple but the result is impressive. It’s very rich but all these berries make add some freshness and just work perfect with the chocolate. It’s actually the first time I tried it with a mixture of berries. I’ve always used fresh raspberries only, till now. I can’t say which way is better, it was delicious both ways. I might even try it with some strawberries next time.
