Cheesy Green Beans Recipe
Summer is such a great time of year with all these fresh vegetables that are readily available. Green beans can be bought year-round but taste so much better in summer.
The easiest thing to do with beans is to boil them in water. Try this recipe and you will probably never boil green beans again. With a little cheese, this will taste so much better than any bland boiled greens.
This recipe is done in no time. Just pop it in the oven and your hard work is over. Take the baking tray out of the oven after 30 minutes and you are ready to eat.
Just like with honey-roasted carrots or roasted garlic green beans get the best out of your vegetables by roasting them.
Your vegetables get a whole different flavor than when you parboil or sauté. If you do not like veggies as is, try and combine them with cheese.
Cheese makes everything better even boring bland veggies. Serve them with chicken carnitas or beef burritos which complement your recipe.
