Ingredients

Crepe batter

  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • 1.5 cups milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 2 tsp white sugar
  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract

Toppings

  • 2 Asian pears sliced
  • 1 triangle brie
  • honey
  • powdered sugar
  • cinnamon
  • ½ lemon juiced

Instructions

  • Combine ingredients for crepe batter in a bowl and use an immersion blender (or regular blender or mixer) to thoroughly combine ingredients. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place brie on a baking dish with parchment paper and put in oven to melt the brie.
  • To make the crepes, you can do it the easy way using a crepe maker (which can be found in our SHOP section) or you can use a buttered nonstick pan on the stove on medium-high heat using ~1/4 cup batter at a time and cooking for about 3 minutes, flipping once.
  • When crepes are done and brie has softened, place a few pear slices, some brie, and a drizzle of honey inside. On the outside, sprinkle with powdered sugar and cinnamon, and squeeze over some lemon.
