Pear, Prosciutto, & Goat Cheese Crostini

This is an easy way to make a gourmet appetizer, sure to impress!

Ingredients

  

  • 1 pear sliced thinly
  • 1 package prosciutto or pancetta
  • ½ package goat cheese crumbled
  • 1 tsp honey
  • ½ tsp fresh thyme
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp coarse salt

Instructions

 

  • First, heat prosciutto or pancetta in a pan on medium high heat for 2 min or until slightly crispy and set aside. Thinly slice the pear and carefully take out the center/seeds with a knife. Add goat cheese, drizzle with honey and top with salt/pepper and fresh thyme. Serve arranged on a platter or rustic cutting board.
