Ranch Cauliflower Broccoli Salad with Bacon and Cheese Recipe

I think you are going to love how fast and easy this recipe is to throw together.

Start by heating up a skillet on medium heat and once hot, add the bacon and fry until crisp. Make sure it is cooked well, or you will lose some of the crunch bacon brings to this salad. Remove from the pan once crisp and set aside to cool slightly.

While the bacon is frying, chop up the veggies!

Chop both the cauliflower and broccoli into bite sized pieces. Add them to a medium mixing bowl. Dice the cheese into smallish cubes, about 1/2 an inch cubed. Toss it in with the cauliflower, then dice up the green onion.

Mix the green onion and pumpkin seeds in with the cauliflower and broccoli, then stir in the ranch dressing. Crumble the bacon into the salad and toss to coat.

That’s it! Store in the refrigerator. This salad will last up to 5 days!
