How To Make Chimichurri Sauce

  1. To make this chimichurri sauce recipe you start with finely chopping the fresh parsley, red Chili, and garlic. If you are sensitive to chili and experience irritation on your hands or in your eyes when you accidentally rub it, put the chili pepper in the freezer before using it.
  2. When you freeze a pepper, you can chop it straight away but you will not experience any irritation.
  3. Take a small bowl and add all the ingredients. Stir thoroughly to combine and that is it. Set the sauce aside or put it in the fridge. If you let it sit in the fridge the oil will be infused with the flavors of garlic, parsley, and Chili.
  4. Your chimichurri is ready to serve.
