These Green spinach oat waffles are by far our favorite vegan waffles. We were so skeptic when it comes to vegan waffles. In general, waffles are one of our favorite breakfast or dessert recipe idea. All the recipes we’ve tried were with eggs and milk included.

So, we wanted to try something different. One of our favorite smoothie recipes is the one with oats and spinach, and we were thinking – if we could make that smoothie mixture thicker, then we could prepare the perfect waffles from it :). And this is what we did, we made waffles :). They are so good – we ended up making them next 3 days, every day, for breakfast.

It’s very important for waffles to have fluffy interiors and a bit crispy exteriors. And these are the best example of perfect vegan green waffles. This Green Spinach Oat Waffles recipe is 100% vegan, dairy-free, and gluten-free.
