Strawberry Smoothie Bowl – Vegan

Strawberry Smoothie Bowl is definitely one of the most delicious smoothies you can try. Who doesn’t like the strawberries? 🙂 They contain proteins, fiber, and other nutrients that are good for you health. There is no need to add extra sugar – strawberries are naturally sweetened.

Try not to skip breakfast. I was used to doing that coz I was always in a hurry and didn’t have time to cook. But I am sure you can afford 5-10 min each day to prepare a nutritious meal! This Strawberry Smoothie Bowl recipe is vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, sugar-free, and of course delicious breakfast ideas.

Strawberry Smoothie Bowl
A topping is always optional, but adding some extra flavor to this delicious meal is always a plus! I top mine Strawberry Smoothie Bowl with some fresh mulberries and coconut flakes.

Mulberries are my favorite berries since I was a child. With several trees in front of our house, we had them always fresh or we froze them and save for winter. Dried are good but if you can get fresh, even better!
