Happy Friday guys! Today’s recipe is Chicken Tikka Naan Bread – absolutely delicious chicken on a tasty homemade naan bread 🤤 (so so much better than the usual takeaway and so simple!).
I’m getting addicted to this naan bread, honestly. I’ve been making it every couple of days now and it goes really quickly. Here is the recipe I use https://www.bbcgoodfood.com/recipes/naan-bread . It works wonders and I’ve never failed my naan bread. Trust me, this naan bread tastes times better than the shop-bought. OK, I admit it, I’ve been obsessing with bread-making lately (a bit 🤣) and for the last month all the bread we had was actually made by me. Yay! 👌 I simply enjoy kneading a lot and the results were some super yummy breads so that definitely encouraged me to keep on exploring the ‘art of bread-making’. My tasters (a.k.a. kids and husband) are quite happy too so it’s all good. 😀
It’s amazing something so simple like bread and chicken can taste so divine. I cooked the chicken with lots of spices then served it on the hot naan bread with fresh coriander, lime and yogurt. Honestly, I could probably have this every other day, so so good and satisfying. 🤤 I might add some paneer cheese next time too. And maybe a couple of fresh chillies. 🔥😂
