230 grams of Pre-made vegan pizza dough
12 Cherry tomatoes
Pesto
100 grams of Pine nuts
3 cloves of Garlic
25 ml of Lemon juice
A pinch of Salt
A pinch of Pepper

Mise en place

Preheat your oven to 200°C/390°F.
Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Peel your garlic.
Cut the cherry tomatoes in half.

Blitz all of the pesto ingredients in a blender.

Roll out the pizza dough and cut out with a cookie cutter. I used a heart-shaped cookie cutter.
Place the mini-pizzas on the baking tray and put a teaspoon of pesto on each of them.
Place the cherry tomatoes, cutting side down, on the pesto.

Bake in the oven fotr 15 minutes.
