An Evening Snack With Your Kids
The fibre rich sweet potato is loaded with nutrition and satiates hunger for longer. A single sweet potato contains more than a day’s worth of beta-carotene and nearly all your child’s daily vitamin C requirements. But that’s not why we recommend it as a great tea time snack for your child. Since kids have a naturally sweet tooth, why not give them a naturally sweet veggie? Add an extra potato for yourself, because it’s low glycemic index and ‘filling’ quality makes it a delicious (diet) food.
