Greek Nachos

I don’t know anyone who doesn’t enjoy a plate of nachos and I got the idea for this recipe after I made these chickpea gyros. I found myself with leftover ingredients and decided to put them to good use with a bag of pita chips! This recipe comes together so quickly and it’s easily customizable. If there are certain ingredients you’re missing or you want to skip, I’ll even share some of my favorite substitution ideas!

Greek Nacho Substitution Ideas

  • If you love garlic, switch out the plain pita chips for garlic flavored pita chips.
  • Hate olives? Try adding sliced banana peppers instead.
  • No cucumber? Try using chopped green bell pepper.

These easy Greek nachos are perfect for a party! You can even prepare all the ingredients ahead of time, and then assemble it just before serving. Just don’t try to prepare the whole dish too far in advance, because you don’t want the pita chips to get soggy.

Looking for another party snack? Try these creamy feta stuffed peppers!
