Frequently asked questions

Can I use quick oats instead of rolled oats to bake cookies?

Yes. Rolled oats will make your cookies more chewy and dense. Quick oats will be more like ground oats and will make the cookies lighter and fluffier.

Should you chill oatmeal cookie dough?

Chill the oatmeal cookie dough will help keep the cookies together as they bake and prevent them from flattening out. Chilling will solidify the fat in the dough which makes it spread less.

How to store oatmeal cookies?

Store cooled-down oatmeal chocolate chip cookie dough in a jar or container on your kitchen counter for up to 3 days. You may store them in the fridge for up to 10 days.

I also wanted to know how many grams are 1 cup of oats, on some sides it comes out that they are between 80 grams and on others 150, the difference is much! Thank you so much

how many grams of protein are approximately? I’m not sure if I take it as 2 scoop 30 grams or if I take it as 50, thank you very much

    • Rena says

You mean if you add two scoops? just add up the amount of protein you are adding, and divide it by the amount of cookies you make.
