How To Make Nice Cream

  1. To make this delicious dessert start with your bananas. You have to cut them into thin slices and put them in a bag or container.
  2. Store in the freezer for at least 3 hours but preferably you freeze them overnight. You can do the same with fresh mango.
  3. Slice into small cubes and freeze or get some frozen mango.
  4. Then take out your kitchen machine. Add the frozen banana to the machine first. Try to get an even distribution.
  5. If all of the banana is frozen and stuck together loosen them before you turn on the machine.
  6. Turn the machine on and let it run for about a minute and scrape the sides.
  7. Then add the mango and repeat making sure the banana and mango are turning into what looks like crumbs.
  8. Now it is time to add a scoop of chocolate vegan protein powder. Then turn on the kitchen machine and let it run for a couple of minutes.
  9. You will see it change from crumbs, into a paste and finally into an ice cream consistency. Your sweet dessert is done.
  10. I like to scoop it into a container and put it back into the freezer again before serving.
