2 Ingredient Rolo Sugar Cookies

This is probably the easiest recipe on my blog. These 2 Ingredient Rolo Sugar Cookies come out tasting so delicious. Fun to make with the kids too.

Sometimes we want a fresh baked cookie and we are just not in the mood to take out all the ingredients and mix them up.

That’s how I felt the other day.

My son Josh and I wanted a homemade cookie but, didn’t want to start a whole recipe.

Well, prepacked cookie dough to the rescue!

I always have a package of cookie dough in the fridge, the ones that are already cut into cookie rounds and the cookie dough in the long roll.

This time around, I really wanted the quickest way to make cookies and we used the cookie dough rounds.

We had a bag of mini Rolo candies that we got at the movies that we didn’t finish. That’s a first.

Anyway, my son had the idea to combine the two. Oh yea, turned out to be a delicious idea.

These came out so good!

Little cookie gems.

You can bake as many or as little as you’d  like.

That’s another good thing about prepackaged cookies.

Just wrap any unused cookie dough up then put back in the fridge or freeze for another time.

We used the whole 24 package and cut each in half to make 48 mini cookies.

You know, a pop in your mouth cookie. Maybe a two bite cookie, there is that Rolo in the middle. LOL.

Hoping you enjoy making and eating these 2 ingredient Rolo cookies as much as my son and I do.
