BBQ Pork Chops in Oven

Easy and very delicious BBQ pork chops in oven made with homemade BBQ sauce.

Pork chops with potatoes baked with a yummy homemade barbecue sauce recipe is one of my family’s favorite recipes. I just love the sweet and spicy combination.

Every time I make this dish, I always receive rave reviews from my family and friends. It’s also funny how even my 1-year old daughter licks her fingers while holding a chop by the bone with her hands. 🙂

This baked pork chop with potatoes recipe is easy, quick, delicious and versatile. If you don’t have pork chops for instance, you can use any meat of your choice. Sometimes I add potatoes or carrots and bake them together with chops. The chops taste great served with yellow rice,  a slice of bread or fat cakes.
