1-liter Full-fat milk
15-20 Almonds soaked in water
10-15 Saffron strands
1 tsp poppy seeds
1/2 cup Sugar
1 tsp Cardamom powder
1/2 tsp pepper powder
1/2 tsp dry ginger powder

1. Soak 15-20 almonds in warm water for 1/2 hour. Also, soak Poppy seeds in water for 1/2 hour.

2. Peel the skin of the almond and puree almonds and poppy seeds in a blender till it forms a smooth paste.

3. Soak saffron strands in hot milk for 30 minutes.

HOW TO BOIL MILK:

1. Boil 1-liter full-fat milk in a heavy bottom pan. Add sugar, cardamom powder, pepper powder, dry ginger powder to the boiling milk, and boil the milk for 10 minutes.

3. Let the milk boil for 10-15 minutes on a medium flame stirring it in between till the milk reduces in quantity.

5. Switch off the flame and let the milk cool down.
