My best friend Kristen has one of those truly perfect, June Cleaver Moms, much like my own. Her name is Sandi she is one of my absolute favorite people in the whole world. The things I admire most about her is her organization, attention to detail, warmth and kindness. Most recently I have come to love her for another reason, her Pickle Dip. She made this dip a few weeks ago at a housewarming party for my best friend and her new wife and it was a HUGE hit! I had to get the recipe, I made it and now I need to share it with y’all! Easy, Affordable and Delicious!
Sandi’s Pickle Dip
8 oz. Cream Cheese Softened
2 Dill Pickles or Bread & Butter Pickles
(I used my favorite Sucker Punch Gourmet Bread & Better Pickles)
2 T Onions, Finely Chopped (I used Onion Powder)
2 T Pickle Juice
1 T Dill Weed
Mix everything together either by hand or I used my Kitchen Aid mixer to whip it up! Then, serve with Crinkle Cut Chips or Pretzel Thins!
