To make this super easy grilled cheese bacon sandwich you need the following ingredients:

How To Make A Grilled Cheese Bacon Sandwich

  1. You need a big cast iron skillet or a big non-stick pan. Heat in medium to high heat and first fry the strips of bacon without butter until crisp.
  2. Take out of the pan and set aside.
  3. Melt the butter in the pan. Put two slices of bread in the pan and swirl the slices through the pan so they can get golden brown.
  4. This will take about 3 minutes. Take the slices out of the pan and put them on board. Put the slices of cheese on the fried side of the bread and the crisp bacon on top of the cheese.
  5. Decorate and put the sun-dried tomatoes and sliced avocado on the bacon. Now put the second slice of bread, the fried side on top of the avocado.
  6. Melt a little more butter in the pan and put the sandwich in the pan over medium heat for approximately 5 minutes.
  7. Move the bread around the pan so it can get golden brown as well. Turn and pan-fry the other side for another 5 minutes as well.
  8. Your grilled cheese bacon sandwich is ready to serve.

A grilled cheese bacon sandwich is a great lunch dish. Make it with homemade bread, freezer bread, or even stale bread.

Ingredients

  • 2 slices of bread
  • 2 slices of cheese
  • 2 strips of bacon
  • 4-6 sundried tomato
  • ½ avocado sliced
  • 2-3 tablespoons of butter to bake the bread

Instructions

  1. Heat a pan and fry the bacon without butter until crisp. Take out of the pan and put aside
  2. Melt the butter in pan. Put two slices of bread in the pan and bake one side for 3 minutes. Take it out of the pan
  3. Put the cheese on the fried side of the bread and the bacon on top of the cheese
  4. Then the sundried tomatoes and sliced avocado on the bacon before you put the second slice of bread, the fried side on top of the avocado
  5. Melt a little more butter and put the sandwich in the pan over medium heat and bake for approx 5 minutes until golden brown
  6. Turn and pan fry the other side for another 5 minutes
  7. Serve
