How to make Mango Peach Smoothie
What you need to make peach mango smoothie
This peach mango smoothie is made with just 4 simple ingredients:
- Mango – about 1 cup of fresh or frozen mango. This is an equivalent of 1 yellow mango, I like yellow mangoes since these tend to be sweeter. Red mango will work just as well, but they are always much larger, so you can make 2 servings, save half for later, or use as toppings for a smoothie bowl.
- Peach – about 1 cup of fresh or frozen peach. This is an equivalent of 1 medium peach. You can use canned peach, but make sure the rest of the ingredients are frozen in this case.
- Banana – half a banana, fresh or frozen. If you don’t like bananas, just substitute with more mango or peach, or another fruit that will go well with mango such as berries, kiwi, papaya, pineapple.
- Coconut milk – this will add extra tropical flavor and help with blending, especially if you’re using all frozen fruits. You can substitute regular milk or other plant based milk. You could even use yogurt or fruit juices here.
➤ Add all ingredients into a blender or food processor and blend until smooth. Use less liquid for a thicker consistency for a smoothie bowl and more liquid for a thinner smoothie that you can sip from a cup.
Superfood addition
I added half a teaspoon of bee pollen to mine. Bee pollen can boost your immune system and blends into this smoothie perfectly since it is yellow in color and has absolutely no taste!
Even if you don’t want to add anything extra, you’ll still get a good dose of healthy fresh fruits in this mango peach smoothie. Here are some superfood you can try if you’d like:
- Chia seeds
- Hemp seeds
- Ground flax seeds
- Spirulina – this has a strong earthy flavor and will definitely alter the flavor of your smoothie.
- Acai – turn your smoothie bowl into an acai bowl with a pack of acai!
Toppings for smoothie bowl
Garnishing is optional, but a great way to add even more fresh fruits and extra nutrition to your smoothie bowls:
- Use fresh fruits like chopped mangoes and sliced peaches to enhance the smoothie flavor.
- Or use fresh berries for a pop of color.
- Add toasted coconut chips, nuts and granola for crunch.
Tips for the best peach mango smoothie
Making smoothies is most certainly not rocket science, and you can customize it to your exact preference.
- If you want more mango flavor, use more mango in your smoothie. If you want more peach flavor, use more peach.
- Use super ripe bananas for even sweeter smoothies so that you don’t have to add any sweetener. Bananas also add a creamy consistency and taste to your smoothies, so definitely use them unless you absolutely hate bananas.
- I usually use a mix of frozen and fresh fruits so my blender doesn’t have a hard time blending the smoothie. But you can always just add a little bit more liquid if yours is struggling with all the frozen fruits.
Can I make this smoothie with all frozen fruits or all fresh fruits?
You can use either frozen or fresh fruits. The advantage of using frozen fruits is that you will get an ice cold smoothie without having to add ice and risk diluting the flavor.
Frozen fruits will also be the better choice if you plan to make a smoothie bowl or an acai bowl, as they give a thicker consistency that will be able to hold all sorts of toppings.
If using fresh fruits, I suggest keeping all of your ingredients refrigerated so you can still make a cold smoothie without adding ice.
The advantage of using fresh fruit is that you won’t need to add as much liquid if you want a thinner consistency, but you won’t be able to make a super thick smoothie bowl.
Making ahead and storing
You can prepare this smoothie ahead of time by cutting up all of the ingredients and store in ziploc bags in 1 serving portions, except coconut milk. This way you can easily and quickly make your smoothie in the morning without too much effort.
It is best to consume the smoothie right away for the best taste. But if you end up making too much, you can store leftover in the fridge for the day or freeze it for a couple of weeks.
To serve frozen smoothie, just take it out from the freezer, thaw and enjoy.

Beautiful colour and so tropical. I have bee pollen on my oats and I love the ever so slight honey flavour that comes from it
