This savory blue cheese cranberry cheese ball is bursting with flavors and textures like crunchy pecans and celery, sweet peppers and onion. Makes a great addition to any party!

I recently had this blue cheese cranberry cheese ball at a friend’s house and I just had to share it with you! It was so yummy I was snacking on it all night.

It’s one of those things you eat where I just had to have the recipe. You know what I’m talking about? Yes, that good!

If you’re a blue cheese lover, this cheese ball is for you! Plus, it is chock full of wonderful winter flavors and textures like dried cranberries, pecans, celery, red bell pepper and onions. They combine in the most delicious way!

Plus, this cheese ball is super easy to make. I need more easy recipes in my life (New Year’s goal!) like these 5-ingredient cream cheese quesitos pastries or Puerto Rican Fried Pork Chops with only five ingredients and lots of flavor.

This blue cheese cranberry cheese ball fits the bill for quick and easy. It’s simple, yet impressive enough for a party snack or appetizer.

Summer is my favorite season by far, however, the abundance of celebrations during fall and winter make it bearable. The fun doesn’t end with Thanksgiving and Christmas (to name a couple), but continues with the New Year, the Super Bowl or even an Oscar party!

This cheese ball starts with cream cheese as most cheese balls do. Then add your blue cheese. Use your favorite kind – do you like it mild, tangy or stinky/rice? Gorgonzola or Danish blue are great choices!

Mix in the cranberries and chopped veggies. I love how this cheese balls is so crunchy and creamy at the same time! Serve with your favorite crackers or celery sticks.
