How To Make Peanut Butter Pinwheels

The base for this recipe is homemade peanut butter. This taste so much better than store-bought peanut butter.

So of course, I also use it in these roll-ups no exception.

You need a good kitchen machine and unsalted peanuts.

In the past, I would peel peanuts which is very time-consuming so I buy roasted unsalted peanuts to make peanut butter and this works great.

Sprinkle the raisins, currants, and finally the muesli on the apple pie filling. Roll up tight and cut into sushi size length.

Even though it is only one tortilla wrap do not be fooled by this recipe, this tortilla peanut butter pinwheels will give you a very full breakfast or lunch.
