How To Make Pide Pizza

Your options with pizza are endless really. I’m using these ingredients but you can choose what you like. What do you need to do?

First cut the pide bread into 8 wedges and cut all the wedges in half. One whole bread yields 8 wedges so 16 single wedges.

Start with the tomato sauce and cover every wedge with two or three tablespoons of tomato sauce. Then apply green pesto, preferably homemade on every wedge.

Finely chop the red onions and sprinkle them on the bread wedges. Slice the bell peppers into small strips and put them on the bread.

Divide the sun-dried tomatoes over the wedges.

Now add the prosciutto to the pizza and cover it with a generous amount of shredded cheese.

Preheat the oven to 450℉/225℃ and bake in the oven for 15 minutes or until the cheese has melted.

Finish with some arugula and serve immediately.
