How To Make Vegan Tortilla Pizza
Start this recipe by preheating the oven to 400℉ /200℃. Take a baking tray and line it with baking paper.
Brush the baking paper with oil where you are going to put the tortilla.
We take two flour tortillas per person. Use a big burrito size tortilla but medium-sized regular tortillas will do just fine.
Of course, you can also make flour tortillas yourself. Start with the first tortilla on the baking tray. Then add 4 tablespoons of tomato sauce and spread it across the first tortilla.
Then add another tortilla on top and again spread 4 to 5 tablespoons of tomato sauce on the tortilla.
Decorate the tortilla pizza with mushrooms, bell peppers, onion, olives, and jalapeño, and finish with sun-dried tomatoes.
Then bake the vegan tortilla pizza in the oven for 20 minutes. If you like you can sprinkle some pizza spices on the pizza.
When it comes out of the oven as well as some fresh basil and ready to serve.

Why You Should Try This Tortilla Pizza Recipe
You may think that the fastest vegan pizza is in the freezer but I dare to dispute that. Because you can make a pizza almost from scratch that is way better tasting than any freezer pizza.
It contains a much require bite to your pizza all being plant-based so no dairy or meat and really delicious.
To make certain you have a good meal with this pizza use two big burrito tortillas per person and stack them up.
Instead of a baking tray, you can also bake this tortilla pizza recipe in a skillet.
The benefit of using a skillet is that it gets really hot in the oven and can crisp up your tortilla base perfectly.
You must admit that these pizzas look really appetizing.
