Japanese Yasai Salad

Ingredients

FOR THE SALAD
1 cup long pieces of French beans
1 cup long pieces of red bell pepper
1 cup long pieces of onion
1 tsp olive oil
Salt as required
FOR THE SESAME SAUCE
2 tbsp white sesame seeds
1 tbsp soya sauce
2 tsp sugar
Salt to taste

Step-by-Step Recipe of Japanese Yasai Salad

1. Boil the French beans in salted water. When cooked, drain off the water and pour cold water over them to retain their color.

2. Saute onions and red bell pepper in olive oil for 4-5 minutes and mix the French beans in it.

4. Add the soya sauce, salt, and sugar and mix well.

5. Mix the sauce evenly with the vegetables.
