How To Make Pan Pizza

  1. Combine flour, salt, and yeast in a bowl. Stir so that the salt and yeast are evenly distributed before adding the warm water.
  2. Stir with a wooden spoon or your hands until you get a consistent dough. Wrap plastic foil around the bowl and cover the bowl with a clean towel.
  3. Set aside for 4 to 12 hours to let the dough rise.
  4. When the dough is ready, start creating the tomato sauce. Cut normal tomatoes into pieces. First, cook the sliced tomatoes in a hot pan.
  5. Stir regularly as the moisture leaves the tomatoes and turns into a sauce. Then add the sifted tomatoes to the sauce so it becomes rich and full.
