Chicken Jalfrezi Kebabs

Chicken Jalfrezi Kebabs

Chicken Jalfrezi and kebabs, made from meat, fish or even Chicken Sheesh Taouk  always make my kids smile. Smiley These two recipes make a weekly appearance on our dinner table alternating in between. This week I combined the two into one single dish i.e. Chicken Jalfrezi Kebabs.

These chicken kebabs are a breeze to make, just combine the jalfrezi spices with the vegetables and chicken, form into patties and shallow fry. To keep the chicken jalfrezi Kebabs moist and juicy, I am using corn flour and plain flour in equal quantities. I have made them coated with bread crumbs and also without coating and I personally like both.

You can adjust the spice level according to your liking. I like mine spicy so I am using both red and black pepper powder. Jalfrezi kebabs can be served between burger buns, plain bread or naan. Serve with a salad  and dip and you have a complete healthy meal for your family.I am so excited to share this simple and delicious recipe with you, so just follow along with me:
